Circle Internet Group (CRCL - Free Report) is scheduled to report third-quarter 2026 earnings on Nov. 4.

The Zacks Consensus Estimate for third-quarter revenues is currently pegged at $801.61 million, indicating an 8.36% year-over-year increase. The consensus mark for EPS is pegged at 40 cents per share, which has increased by four cents over the past 60 days. However, this implies a year-over-year deterioration of 37.5%.

Circle Internet’s earnings beat the Zacks Consensus Estimate in each of the trailing four quarters, with an average surprise of 114.79%.

Let’s see how things are likely to have shaped up for CRCL before the announcement.

Key Factors to Watch Ahead of CRCL’s Q3 Results

Circle Internet’s third-quarter 2026 results are likely to reflect wider USDC adoption, particularly among financial institutions, and rising payment activity. However, lower reserve yields and investments in new services may have affected profitability.

USDC circulation averaged $76.5 billion in the second quarter, offering a solid base. Continued demand through September is likely to have supported reserve income, although softer interest rates could have offset some of that growth.

Margins may have benefited from more USDC being held directly on Circle’s platform. Management also expected the expanded Hyperliquid distribution arrangement to begin influencing results in the third quarter, supporting its economics.

Circle Payments Network entered the third quarter with improving momentum, reaching a $23 billion annualized payment-volume run rate by July 31. September’s Arc mainnet launch could also have supported milestone-based recognition of token presale revenues.

Management gave no specific guidance for the quarter. Circle raised its 2026 other-revenue outlook to $310-$330 million and revenue-less-distribution-cost margin guidance to 41.7%-43.7%. Yet adjusted operating expenses were expected near the high end of its $570-$585 million range, potentially limiting earnings gains.

The Zacks Consensus Estimate for Reserve Income is currently pegged at $656.31 million, suggesting a decline from $667.73 million in the prior period. The consensus mark for other revenues stands at $140.77 million, significantly up from $33.58 million in the previous quarter.
